Through our group of companies and partnerships we have been working with NHS organisations for many years providing a range of products and services suitable for Healthcare providers such as Doctors’ surgeries and clinics.

We Do Your Communications offers all of its products and services to NHS clients with a particular focus of being able to provide an all-round service. We have many of our telephone systems installed in Doctors surgeries, with the hosted systems being capable of providing a full work from home service whereby, in conjunction with our partners Away From My Desk Limited, we are able to offer Secure Remote Access to give you a complete work from home solution for your staff.
Providing the facilities to free up space in the surgery as well as providing telephone consultations and administration work and support from the comfort of home you can also use the system to recruit GPs from outside of your normal catchment area to work from home and none of your patients would ever even know! With the options of a home telephone facility or our softphone service they are able to call out on the surgery number or even take incoming calls through the surgery and have full access to their clinical systems with their Secure Remote Access.
Never has it been so easy and secure to work away from the practice!
Back in the surgery we are able to not only offer a full range of telephone systems but we can also install Public Wi-Fi access for your patients whilst they wait for their appointments, meaning they can carry on working from the waiting room, surfing the net or entertain themselves whilst waiting to see their GP or nurse leading to a better patient experience in the waiting room.
For federated surgeries, or those being taken over by other surgeries, we are able to offer the ability to keep existing numbers and, at the flick of a switch, divert all incoming calls to the new surgery for the easiest of transitions.
Out of Hours services are used in many locations and working with our partner company, Away From My Desk limited we are able to pull together a number of sites to offer access to full patient records at a group of surgeries whilst being able to transfer all calls to one central number, if necessary, for out of hours services and care.
